Depending on where you live, we will chose from a variety of carriers to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. It usually takes about 1-2 business days for us to process your order. As soon as we have verified all of your information, your order will ship and we will send you a shipping confirmation email.

We do not have express or international shipping available on the website.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges or full refund on most items. The first step in the refund process is to contact us at sales@yellowdiamondrecords.com

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods, you can exchange or ask for refund.You are required to contact us first so that we can provide you with information on how to return your item and ensure that you receive a proper refund.

If we sent you a wrong item or the item is defective, then you can return it for an exchange or full refund. You should report the problem within 3 days after receiving the items and return it within 7 days. The item must be in original condition when returning to us.

When the returned package arrives, we will examine the item, check the problem, then we will ship the correct items back to you without an additional cost. We will be responsible for the returning shipping fee, however, if you are seeking a refund, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

If we discover that there is nothing wrong with the items, we will promptly ship the item back to you. In that case, you will have to pay the shipping fees in both directions.
